Shipping

Where do you ship?

At this stage, we ship Australia-wide via Australia Post, but stay tuned! We hope to expand Internationally soon.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically dispatched within a few business days. Once shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and Australia Post's delivery network.

I placed an order! Now what?

Firstly, thank you so much for supporting NJAM! 🤍

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email straight away. As soon as your journal has been packed and dispatched, we'll send you another email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Can I purchase the journal as a gift?

Absolutely. The NJAM Guided Journal makes a thoughtful gift for birthdays, Mother's Day, baby showers, or simply to remind someone they deserve time for themselves too.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the journal is unused, in its original packaging, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

What if my journal arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us here with photographs of the item as soon as possible. We'll happily arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing your claim.

My item is delayed! What do I do?

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by Australia Post and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as peak periods or weather events.

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your parcel appears significantly delayed, please get in touch with us & we'll happily look into it and help wherever we can.
